Brian brings 16 years of electrical industry experience to KB-Mac, with the last 2 years in project management. Brian was an accomplished Fire Alarm technician for 11 years and has developed an expertise in completing difficult installations. Before joining KB-Mac, he was an Instructor at the JATC for 4 years, developing and delivering curriculum and training apprentices with the requirements of fire alarm systems. Brian holds both a systems technician and system contractor license and is NICET Level II certified in fire alarm systems. He has an Associate’s degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and was a member of the US Armed Forces in the Army.
Steve adds an impressive 40 years of electrical industry experience to the KB-Mac team. Steve has accumulated a myriad of expertise under his tenure including managing complex projects as a General Foreman, directing manpower as a Labor Superintendent, and overseeing an entire business operation as an owner in his earlier years. Steve holds his Master Electrical License and plays a critical role at KB-Mac as operations manager. He has an Associate’s Degree from the Benjamin Franklin Institute of Technology.
Kenell is the president and co-founder of KB-Mac, a capable union electrical construction company providing best-in-class service to all of its customers. Kenell has accumulated over 16 years of experience in the electrical industry and started her career in the Local 103 JATC program in 2006. Before starting KB-Mac in 2021, Kenell was a business agent for 5 years and represented the interests of more than 8,000 members residing in and around the Boston area employed by various union electrical contractors. She also remains a prominent figure in the construction industry in Boston and sits on various boards including the IBEW National Women’s Committee, and The City of Boston Employment Commission to name a few.
Andrew brings 5 years of electrical construction experience, along with an additional 6 years of business experience to KB-Mac. Andrew started his electrical career as an estimator and has since managed various high-profile large institutional and commercial construction projects in Cambridge and Boston. Before entering the electrical construction industry, Andrew was a co-founder and operating partner in an e-commerce delivery service company. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree from Bridgewater State University and Bachelor’s from Marymount University where he was on the soccer team.
